Membership Sales & Support

We are looking for the right person to fill a part-time position with our organization. You will be joining a team that handles all of  our sales, customer service and administration. You must be available to work one or two weekdays a week between 2 pm to 8 pm and/or weekends between 10 am and 2 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Sales of new memberships
• Renewal of existing memberships
• Retail product sales
• Picking up after school children
• Resolving general membership complaints and issues
• Resolving payment issues
• Booking belt tests
• General organization of the office and front counter
• Receiving inventory
• Maintaining inventory items within prescribed limits
• Implementation and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures and policies related to operations, sales and marketing.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• You have sales experience or the ability and desire to learn.
• You are an outgoing personality that enjoys conversation and the company of others.
• You have excellent computer skills.
• A G or G1 drivers license
