Zen Supports Freedom and Democracy

Zen Mixed Martial Arts supports Canadian government policy and the physical and mental health of the Ukrainian people fleeing war in the Ukraine. We understand that Ukrainians will feel disoriented and lost coming to a new country.  The need for community support is essential for their successful adjustment to their new Canadian home.

Effective immediately Zen is offering free memberships to Ukrainian refugees.  Ukrainian refugees that have arrived in Canada as of February 1, 2022 are eligible for this program. This offer includes a free uniform and all tuition for martial arts memberships and 2022 summer camp memberships.
